Perhaps I got a bad batch. The hazelnuts I got seem high in moisture and mold. One kernel out of the first kg I used was essentially black powder on the inside! And they don't roast well ~ suspect the water content is higher than normal. I'll try dehydrating them for 24h in the oven before roasting, next time.

Decent pricing for some of the items. I found the hazelnuts to be too "wet", as in they contain too much moisture for making hazelnut butter, even after roasting until they're essentially burnt. Also the quality wasn't that great, I had to spend minutes taking out moldy or otherwise damaged kernels.

This is a wonderful salt, with this unusual taste of sulphur which gives you impression of eating boiled eggs.
A grand source of minerals. Couldn't be happier ☺️.
The only thing is that before I had this type of salt and it was even finely grinded, which I did prefer better. But that's not a big deal.
